Well my Gateway LT series laptop is having problems i want to reset it to factory default. I tried doing the reset and F11 thing but it didnt work. Also every time i turn my laptop on something called Think Point pops up and says its going to restore everything i have on the computer. Please help me because i want my laptop back to normal.
