Hence, a prime minister needs "infinite patience" with his American counterpart in an election year, Harper writes. The benefits gleaned in the other three years ought to tide us over.

This is extremely useful in multitasking when you work woth two different documents at the same time and do not want to waste time by opening them alternatively every two seconds. It is also very useful in TVs when there are two people watching different channels at the same time or only one person who wants to watch a movies for example and run the news in a small window in the corner.

Anyway, this is fun, but it can’t be applied to laptops, as there is no way of splitting the screen in halp or in more windows to operate independently. However, sometimes reality surprises us and some people saw their laptop motior split all of a sudden and wanted to know what causes a split screen on a Gateway laptop. As usual there is more than one possible answer to this.

As it is not a normal image and you can’t get a split image on your laptop just by simply changing some settings, try to reset the BIOS to the default settings because there may be something caused by this. There may even be some old drivers that need to be updated , so check that, too. Download the latest versions of drivers for your motherboard and video card , too, in order to eliminate this possibility from the list of possible causes.
