I purchased a Dell XPS laptop. (Please keep opinions on the type of your computer to yourself, I dont want the focus of your answer to bash dell, I just need help.)

I had some issues right away, I have had it blue screen error about ten times. Since day one the wireless hasnt worked great…I have tried 2 seperate locations with 3 seperate high end routers and the connection is dropped and slowed down constantly.

It has problems coming out of hibernation, often has an error. There are also error screens with the battery adapter. Just a whole mess.

The laptop didnt come with an OS disc, just the dell drivers, so I decided to reinstall Windows 7 with a disc my friend had and then obviously install the drivers. Ive done this numerous times and know what Im doing so that shouldnt be an issue.
