Here are several different ways depending on the model of your laptop, and the version of QuickWeb. Try these:

1. In the Windows power panel look for a QuickWeb configuration tool. You can disable QuickWeb here (may be under Status tab of the configuration tool). On some models, the tool can be also found under Windows Start menu, in an HP or HP QuickWeb folder.

2. As your computer is early up, it goes through a administer called “BIOS” before early Windows. You can normally entrance BIOS configuration settings by pressing F8 or F10 during the boot. Surrounded by BIOS menus, you can find Boot Options, which allocate you to disable QuickWeb on many models.
