    how to use a fujitsu hard drive on a toshiba laptop?

    I currently have a toshiba laptop and I need to access the hard drive from my old Fujitsu laptop I took the hard drive out of my old computer and when I plug it into my toshiba it can't read it. Is there anyway to access the information from my old hard

    buy an external hard drive enclosure and hook it up via usb
    window should be able to read it if the hard drive isnt broken
    if it is ..wel then im afraid you are out of luck

    Basically story goes, I install a few updates on my Dell XPS laptop(only 2 years old) which ive had for two years. It restarts after the installs are done and it will not boot, it wouldnt even go into safe mode. So I then try going into Vista Recovery mode to do a system restore, no good there isnt any restore points for some reason, so I try repair again no good it cant find a solution to fix it. Third time lucky? I was hoping, same thing again but this time I try installing Microsoft Office but it during it, it slows down my PC hard so I restart and now; I cant even get into Vista Recovery to format. After it goes "Windows Loading files" and after "Microsoft Loading" bar, the screen just goes black, left it for a few hours tried restarting doing it several times...
