How do you completely reboot a vista laptop, my laptop is fujitsu seimems Esprimo Mobile?

How do i reboot a vista laptop, i want to restore it so its like brand new, my laptop is a fujitsu seimems Esprimo Mobile. I do not have the windows vista disc. is there any way in rebooting it without the disc please help

If your laptop was new, it should have come with a System Recovery disk. This restores your computer to how it was when you took it out of the box
