Okay, based on your question… it sounds like you have one PC connected using the AT&T aircard. Not a more traditional cable/ADSL style internet connection . In the more traditional connection (cable into your house), it’s easy. You buy a home router (e.g. linksys, d-link) and its an easy setup.

With the aircard, you pretty much have to setup an ad-hoc wireless network to turn the PC with the aircard into a wireless access point. This presumes that both PC’s have wireless network access cards.
