I am very scared about the fact that the dell batteries in some laptop may explod. I have a dell laptop but my batteries number is not in the recall list but I am scared to death and want to know if I can use that strong fear to ask a refund for my computer

Um. I have no legal examples. But I don't really think you should be scared if your batteries number isn't in the recall list. The recall list should be extensive enough to cover all possibly problematic battery - after all, if any batteries exploded
