Pressing the power button to turn it on makes the internal fan turn on for a few seconds (4-5) and then it sounds like the DVD drive is seeking. The screen blinks for a sec and after that stays completely blank and doesn't even seem to have a backlight turn on. There is no beeps of any sort for POST either, not sure if it beeped in the first place though.
