Design

It’s hard to keep your hands off of the Asus-U52F BBL9. The all-plastic construction is made incredibly tangible with the use of rubber, soft-to-the-touch panels on the lid and palm rest. U52F combines the dark metallic gray with navy blue almost black, a surprisingly trendy combination that easily beats the looks of many business use of laptops.

The keyboard is chiclet-style, with a compact numeric keypad. Despite this, the numeric keypad never felt cramped or busy. It is big enough for number crunchers to use with comfort, but not moving the full-size keyboard too much for the traditional typists.
