How do i solve the asus F5V audio problem having Windows 7?

I have an Asus F5V notebook and i have instaled Windows 7.Asus do not provide drivers for W7 for this model,but the Vista drivers worked perfectly,except the audio one...there are some noises over the sound and it's very anoing.Anyone know how to solve
