I want to upgrade my asus u50a-rbbml05.'s ram. but I cant find anywhere to buy the ram.... it can hold up to 8g right now it has 4g 2 slot. first person that can give me a link to buy some gets 10 points. thanks

Asus LCD Flex Cable - Tech Support Forum

I am new to PC repair, but jumping on board. I am installing a ASUS U50A LCD Screen. I was having a hard time getting the flex cable to make contact so I left the computer on ( I have a feeling this was a bad idea) and tried to plug it in. The computer just randomly shut down and will not come on. I tried taking battery out for a few minutes. What could I have done??? Please don't tell me I fried the motherboard...
