I can't find the recovery partition on my Acer laptop?

It's an Acer Aspire 3680, but I can't find the recovery partition on it. Most say to click Start, go to All Programs, Accessories, and then Recovery partition. I can't find it. I'm trying to restore my laptop to factory settings, but it's not working

The normal function key combination while booting up an Acer for Factory Default Recovery is Alt+ F10. There should also be a program in your menus taht allows you to created your own set of recovery CDs and when you boot from those, they will return
